The software engineers
Apple Silicon has been built to feed the innovation of the West. Apple has focused solely on its software innovations and has acquired third-party organisations from all over the world to strengthen its products.
Apple’s core aim is not to make new products. But creating software operations and focusing on software enhancement is why Apple has a market capitalisation of $4.4 trillion.
Apple’s products are not the best, as Samsung’s mobile devices are better, as it has sleek designs and archetypes but they lack the software development because they still use Android as their core software and with Android being a third party operating system, it prevents them from sustaining their competitive advantage.
Apple Silicon has emulated the Intel ideology, but what they have done is create a premium mindset to this, as they have distributed it to every company; they have kept it to their own products. This is the reason why Macs and iPhones are expensive because of their software.
People don’t buy Apple products because of their name; they buy them because of the ecosystem Apple Silicon provides. The easy transition from the Mac to iPhone and to iPad is the reason Apple products never get old.
Apple might be accused of their lack of product innovation, but one thing Apple has done well is to move from Intel chips and make its own M chips, which shows how the company is moving to software development. The products might stay the same, but Apple has a way to build an ecosystem that overpowers whatever their competitors are doing.
